    • Once you have signed in at your time of service, you AND your party have agreed to these terms

  • Be familiar with our pricing; prices are non-negotiable; consult with your technician for the exact price of your service(s)

  • We will take our appointments in before walk-ins; Walk-ins can only be taken IF there are availabilities in our book. An appointment is strongly recommended to reserve your spot.

    • If you cannot keep your appointment, please call and let us know. We much would appreciate it!

    • The appointment is considered canceled when it is 15 minutes late unless called ahead

  • Our last take on customers is an hour before closing time

  • The tip has to be in cash. We cannot charge extra to your service as a tip.

  • Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are ever unsatisfied during your time of service, please inform one of our technicians and we will gladly make any corrections necessary to exceed your expectations.

    • We are happy to fix any concerns you might have, but no discounts will be given.

    • ​No refund is given after it has been rendered.

  • Gift Cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. GCs are to be treated as cash and are therefore cannot redeemable if lost or stolen.

  • Debit card users- please note:

    • When using a debit card, funds are charged immediately like cash and all authorizations can be held by your bank for up to 14 days. ​These policies are set by individual banks, not by our salon. Northwest Nails LLC is not responsible for the loss of use of these funds or any possible overdraft charges. Debit cards can only be accepted as debit cards, not as credit cards.

Guarantee

  • We uphold our service quality standard. All services have a guarantee of up to two weeks. Regular polish excluded

    • Whatever happens to your nails during the two weeks period, please make an appointment to come in, and we will gladly fix it for you.

  • A one-time pedicure will not remove all the callus, or dead skin if you do not come regularly/ or have a lot; we will try our best to get rid of them, but we can not guarantee that we will get them all.

  • Due to some discoloration of the original nails, polishes may appear different compared to the sample, which is on a white tip

  • Artificial nails are a long-term investment. Please be consistent with where you go. Due to the unpredictable nature of the previously performed work, we are not responsible for the damaged part of the nails that were not done by us, such as breaking of the nails, or any infections under previous applications. We will only take responsibility for our own applications, and at the time treatment areas. It is also your responsibility to come in on time to get your services to ensure the health of your nails. The longer the time between services, the more complications can occur. It is recommended that you should come and get your nails done every 2 weeks.

Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service to:

  • Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.

  • Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.

  • Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.

    • Reschedule your appointment if the following conditions are present: open cuts, sores, or contagious diseases.

  • Diabetes Client: Please inform our technician so we can provide our service with proper care. No cutting services are allowed.

  • Spa chairs have a maximum capacity of 250lbs. We ask if you do not meet the requirement, please do not sit in the spa chairs for your own safety.

  • We love to do children's nails! However, unattended children in the salon are disruptive and dangerous. We use many products that are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin. If you have children under 13 who are not receiving nail services, please keep them safe or leave them at home.

 

Age Policy: Anyone who is under the age of 13 is not permitted to get any type of artificial nails. 13-15-year-old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The minimum age to get artificial nails is 16

Cell Phones: Please be respectful to the people around you who are trying to relax during their nail services. Set your phone to vibrate, and use a moderate speaking tone if you need to take a call. Hands-free devices are strongly encouraged so that you don't contaminate your nails with dirt and oils from your hair and face during service. Additionally, pay attention to your manicurist! Having to repeatedly wait for a hand to become disentangled from a cell phone slows down service times, and can make both you and your nail technician late for you and your nail technician late for your next engagement.

 

Disclaimer: we are not responsible for your lost or damaged cell phone or personal belongings.

 

If you leave the salon without paying, we will contact the police and prosecute theft of service to the fullest extent of the law.
